Ranjitha Ramchuran

Ranjitha Ramchuran is the Acting Chief of Staff for the PCAOB. Working closely with the Acting Chair, the Deputy Acting Chief of Staff for the PCAOB, Board Members, and staff, she advises on all matters that come before the PCAOB and on its management.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Ramchuran was most recently the Team Leader for the U.S. and non-U.S. inspections of a global network firm in the PCAOB’s Division of Registrations and Inspections.

Before joining the PCAOB in 2023, Ms. Ramchuran was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2006 to 2018. She joined Deloitte in South Africa, and her accounting and auditing career extended to the United States and globally, including Asia.

Ms. Ramchuran is a Certified Public Accountant (Florida) and Chartered Accountant (South Africa). She holds a postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Commerce undergraduate degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, Durban in South Africa.
